ACCEPTABLE stay ,SOME ISSUES

the apartment was spacious with a good layout. it had free parking at the basement. i found it close to supermarkets and public transport.

two days in A row , i left the sign for our room to be made up , but it was ignored. moreover , i even politely asked for it on the reception and i didn't even receive an apology. the hair conditioner and shower gel had been completely empty and weren't refilled during our WHOLE stay.

The staff was helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean (exactly as I expected). The parking was accessible and easy to use. Breakfast was indeed very good with lots of choices.

There was a lack of towels in the room. I had to request more, a bit of an inconvenience.

The location allowed easy access to major sites within walking distance. A spar and a tesco express were nearby (very convenient for quick needs).

The reception personnel was well prepared and gave useful information. The staff allowed me to leave my car in the garage after check-out. This gave me an opportunity to explore the city even on my last day.

Breakfast offered many choices and good quality. The chef prepared omelets upon request (a great feature). There were various types of bread, rolls, yogurts, and pancakes available.

non-functioning air conditioning no manager contact

The location was acceptable. It was near the city center.

The air conditioning in the living room did not function from the first day and staff found no solution. the reception indicated no available rooms for relocation and promised a manager contact, it never occurred. they gave two extra duvets. this action did not address the problem.

free parking fruit selection mildew smell poor beds

The location worked out wonderfully! It was near the city center and had free parking. Breakfast included a good selection of fruits. Yoghurts were also available, I was charmed.

The bathroom smelled like mildew, unfortunately. The beds were not of good quality. The towels were similarly disappointing. I hoped for a bit more.
